I was planning a word nerd post, but I have a pain in my brain, so I'm just going to share this fun video. I like the bit where the guy on the bike bounces and somersaults on the big red ball.

Hello! My name is Jayne. I started Gleeful when I was feeling glum to encourage myself to look for and celebrate the little joys in life. It's an exercise in mindfulness and gratitude - and it's worked pretty well. I do it without thinking now.
