Fast Monday, less poorly, a comment

Monday morning whooshed by. I got a surprise when I looked at the time and it was past midday. I usually find Mondays go very quickly. How fortuitous.

I'm feeling less poorly today. Not 100%, but much better.

Hello! My name is Jayne. I started Gleeful when I was feeling glum to encourage myself to look for and celebrate the little joys in life. It's an exercise in mindfulness and gratitude - and it's worked pretty well. I do it without thinking now.
