Me this morning on waking: Ugh, Monday. Oh, wait! It's Sunday! Not a bad way to start the day. Then I went back to sleep and woke up at 9.30.

Hello! My name is Jayne. I started Gleeful when I was feeling glum to encourage myself to look for and celebrate the little joys in life. It's an exercise in mindfulness and gratitude - and it's worked pretty well. I do it without thinking now.
